If you’re looking for a quiet, candlelit dinner with a white tablecloth, keep walking. Like many of the best authentic spots in Palermo, they do not take bookings. You should head there expecting a bit of a queue, but they have a brilliant way of making the wait part of the experience: the staff come out and hand out glasses of free white wine to everyone standing in line. It creates a fantastic, lively atmosphere on the street before you even step through the door.
