The Secret Lake Como Bar hidden behind a Petrol Station
Tucked away directly behind the Tamoil petrol station along the Lecco waterfront, Breva & Tivan Lake is one of the ultimate hidden gems on Lake Como. While a petrol station might sound like an unexpected setting for a drink, stepping out onto the back terrace reveals stunning, unobstructed views of Lake Como and surrounding mountain peaks without the crowds or high tourist prices.
Generous Aperitivo with Unbeatable Views
What makes this spot stand out is the location, atmosphere and the value for money. Drinks are reasonably priced at around €5 to €7 for a glass of wine, beer, or Aperol Spritz, and the aperitivo that comes with your order is very generous. We got two pizza slices, crisps, olives, peanuts and taralli.
Morning Coffee & Opening Hours
Breva & Tivan is just as great for starting your morning as it is for ending your day. The bar opens early for breakfast, serving fantastic coffee with cappuccinos priced at just €1.80. It is a wonderful stop to grab an espresso before a walk along the lakefront path or to sit back in the evening and watch the sunset.
The bar is open from 08:00 to 23:00 every day except Monday, when they close.
